Marty Glenn opened the meeting at 7:00 pm.

Meeting minutes from the September meeting were approved.

Checks were presented to the winners of the Moss Lake tournament.

Jonette Stewart presented the financial report and stated that the ending balance is $2736.68 Available cash is $1875.04. A copy of the report was emailed to each member for your review.

Rusty Robbins spoke about changing the guest policy for next year. This will be discussed and voted on at our December meeting.

Jonette gave details of our annual picnic to be held Sunday October 9, 2011 at Westlake Park. A no cull fun tournament is being held from 7am – 1pm. Food and drinks provided shortly there after.

This month we will be fishing Lake Lewisville. There is a 14” limit on all bass including spotted bass. Bob will have everyone’s weigh-in slip at the ramp when you weigh-in. Tournament hours are 7:00am – 3:00pm. Weigh in is at Arrowhead Park public ramp.

The boater/non-boater drawing was held. Lloyd Walker drew the pairings. There will be 11 boats fishing.

Dave Barnett won the monthly Bass Pro $25.00 gift card. Rusty Robbins won two tickets to the state fair donated by Rob Paxton.
