MEETING MINUTES

3/2/2010

Marty Glenn opened the meeting at 7:00 pm.

Meeting minutes from the February meeting were approved.

Marty gave a brief talk about Bassmaster magazine and Bass Times. He also passed out checks to the winners of the Monticello tournament. He gave a brief rundown on Lake Bonham along with Clay Mills. Clay brought lake maps of Bonham and reminded everyone where to get the lake permit if you haven’t already got one. This is required to be on the lake and is $8.00. It can be purchased at the Exxon station right before you turn to the lake.

Bob took orders for our club shirt. We have 25 orders for shirts. They will take 3-4 weeks so the goal is to have them for the April tournament at Ray Roberts.

Jonette Stewart gave the financial report stating that we have an end of the month balance of $1476.87 and available cash of $820.87

Mike Aaron will continue to be the tournament director for the 2010 season. His cell number in case you have a problem and need to reach him is 214-697-5468.

This month we are fishing Lake Bonham. Tournament hours are 7:00 am – 3:00 pm. Bonham has a 14” size limit on largemouth bass. Our club also follows the same length on spotted bass. Bob will have everyone’s weigh-in slip at the scale when you weigh-in.

Drawings were held for pairings for the Bonham event this Saturday. Jonette Stewart drew the boater/non-boater pairings. There will be 15 boats fishing.
