Marty Glenn opened the meeting at 7:00 pm.

Meeting minutes from the December meeting were approved.

Jonette presented the financial report and stated that the ending balance is $1015.49. She also stated that we should have approximately $765.00 towards our banquet.

The banquet will be held on 1/30/2011 at Casa G’s on 407 in Lewisville from 5 – 7 pm. It will cost $36.00 a couple for a buffet. Members will receive a $10.00 credit towards their meal. Prizes will be awarded.

A schedule change for our March tournament was voted on. It was decided to move to Lake Weatherford instead of Fairfield due to low water and a recent fish kill.

Bob suggested that everyone consider attending the outdoor show this coming weekend.

Waivers need to be signed before you fish your first tournament. They were emailed to all current members. Roster changes will be updated as they are received. Please check your current information to make sure it is correct.
