Marty Glenn opened the meeting at 7:00 pm.

Meeting minutes from the March meeting were approved.

Jonette presented the financial report and stated that the ending balance is $1687.04. Available cash is $1115.04. A copy of the report was emailed to each member for your review.

Motion was made by Justin Johns to waive this month’s off limits. A vote was taken and it was declined 10-9.

We had 3 new members join so please welcome Dennis Cook (boater), Steve Caldwell (non-boater), and Ricky Donithaw (boater) to the club.

Bob mentioned to the club that when arriving at the meeting you check in with him so he knows if you are fishing or not and that he makes sure you get your meeting points.

Marty Glenn will be the tournament director for this event due to the absence of Mike Aaron. His cell number in case you have a problem and need to reach him is 214-682-2650.

This month we will be fishing Lake Fork. There is a 16” –24” slot limit so please paper those fish within the slot. Bob will have everyone’s weigh-in slip at the ramp when you weigh-in. Tournament hours are 6:30am – 3pm. Weigh in is at the 515 public ramp.

The boater/non-boater drawing was held. Bob Pasternak drew the pairings. There will be 9 boats fishing.
