Marty Glenn opened the meeting at 7:00 pm.
Meeting minutes from the November meeting were
approved.
Checks were presented to the winners of the
Jonette Stewart presented the financial report and stated that the ending
balance is $1311.47 Available cash is $1311.47. Each member received a copy of
this report.
Several rule changes were voted on and passed. The
guest policy was changed from 2 to 3 guests per year. Bob will be up-dating the
bi-laws and tournament rules with the new changes and posting them to the
website. He will review these at the January meeting.
Jonette Stewart brought up the possibility of having a casino party at our
annual banquet. This will be discussed along with voting on the date in
January.
The 2012 schedule was voted on and approved for
next year. This will be posted on the website.
Kenny Martin will be the tournament director for
2012. Marty Glenn stepped down as president. Justin Johns was elected to fill
this position. All other officers were re-elected.
Rob Paxton did a presentation on what it would
take to join the federation. This will be discussed further in January.
Jeff Lyons won the monthly Bass Pro $25.00 gift
card.
